How do you go about getting this haircut?

Taper the sides and the back, leave what I you got on top. Then ask for a part going towards the side of your head.

Edit: Brehs back might not be tapered just squared off, but I would personally taper the back too.

Depends how fast your hair grows breh. You can get that same haircut periodically without having that much hair on top at the beginning, it just won't be like brehs for a minute, but at least you won't be walking around looking like a bum. After a couple months it will probably be around that length.
