Do you guys post the languages you are proficient in when applying to jobs?

I don’t have a “black” sounding name but recruiters often know I’m black because I always put I know Haitian Creole.

any of guys put your parents language as your second language or are you scared and avoid the question?

In my experiences the global firms don’t ask it. But I usually put if I see an “other” options.

Nope. I be on my when I'm applying for a job. I'm not proficient enough in Haitian Creole, not yet.
