Jamaicans dont ecen clean and treat their meat. They just season and spice it.

I dated that girl who wanted to eat haitian food and when she saw the amount of fat, tendons that we were taking out of the chicken she was there like "whats left to eat?"

Also Haitians marinate the eat in vinegar and lime juice. The meat never has a funny smell.

Jamaican food leftovers though

If somebody wrote the exact same things about Haitians, you'd be up in arms.

I’ve had Haitian food and Jamaican food and I’m biased because I’m half Jamaican and my aunts and uncles can COOK. I’ve been to my friends Haitian home where her mother cooked and it was nothing like what I grew up eating. I still really enjoyed it but again I’m used to Jamaican cooking.

I really think it’s about what every individual likes.

No comparison is needed. Just enjoy what you like to eat.

I look forward to every time I go visit my Jamaican family and I get my saltfish and dumplings with some callaloo. Best breakfast ever.
