It's a toss up, both players are top 10, and top 5 if you go purely by skill sets.

Hakeem gets the nod because of the better shot selection imo but I won't catch feelings either way if you pick kobe

Hakeem - he was more consistent and had a dominant effect on the game on both ends.

Spent nearly a decade with a mediocre squad or he would have had a lot more playoff success. But he always showed out even if he didn't have the necessary team behind him.
