Most women I know that says they game are still playing like a PS2 or a Wii or something like that. And they play the most basic shyt ever. Never anything new.
But I have encountered a few that are just as hardcore about it as most dudes I know and whoever made the comment about them getting swarmed online are dead on.

I run into a bunch of women while gaming online.
Unfortunately I also run into dikkheads that pester the fukk out of them in lobbies when they hear a girl online.
There's more out there than nikkas think, IDK about that 55-45 split, but it's really not uncommon. A lot of them just don't play sports games or game shooters hardcore. I've run into a good amount of women playing Overwatch, but on CSGO I run into virtually none.
