I just copped this game. Can't wait until I get home from this bullshyt ass MEPS

I watched the whole review and at first I said "so what I don't even play campaigns,he hasn't even said anything about the actual online game play" and then I actually played the campaign and really enjoyed it and forgot about any of the negative shyt dude said,that plus the multi-player is great,just doing skirmishes with the a.i. on legendary is tough, before I take to online and hand out work

Same here. I'm gonna put in about 50 hours in Skirmish before I get online

I played the tutorial last night.

Extremely clean user interface.

I am looking forward to spending about 45 min a day in an attempt to become good at it. I still need to play Siege and I'm thinking about biting on For Honor...but something keeps telling me to wait for a discount. My gut tells me that For Honor will get discounted - not because it's bad but because it has so much potential that they will be willing to increase their fan base through sales. Much like Siege.

They reported that the ranking system has not been implemented yet. So, this may be the best time to play around with ranked online before they patch it in.

The report I read indicated they were dedicated to testing all balancing issues before they release the patched in ranking system.

I like that, actually.

Yeah theres no ranked, I havnt gotten on today but was expecting there so be one now that full release is out, I wanted some easy wins over the new players .
Yeah I did ALOT of private matches just based off the fact that most people that got the ultimate edition were people that were good at the first 1 so I felt it was a bad idea to try out a new strat I've never done before against them and get my ass handed to me

And yeah there is a ALOT of cheesing and rushing with certain units the 1st 5mins in online 3v3s so I'm pretty sure that's what they gonna balance first

Halo wars 1 was really well made, easy to learn but hard to master, there rock, paper, scissor mechanics was perfectly balanced where you always felt you could come back and counter even if you were left for dead

Is the game mouse click heavy? Thats one of my biggest gripes with RTS games especially games like Starcraft where its a disadvantage due to hot keys and CPM.

Havnt really played it, been waiting for the ranked playlist to come out
I havnt lost a match yet on death match so now I'm busy waiting for that Road to Onyx Grind

I had no clue we had a thread for this. I've been running the legendary campaign solo all this time. Anyone want to co-op with me? I'm at "hold the line" and getting blitzed like crazy with ghosts and tanks. Then every time I make progress a glassing beam takes out my scorpions. I got the ultimate edition so if anyone wants to help go-op the remastered one I'm up for that too.

Game is really good, probably the best halo story wise since halo 2.


The gameplay is great, some bugs here and there but over all this is a really good game that's getting slept on.

I've really enjoyed the plot to this point. I actually like the story for halo 4 a lot too honestly. Really humanize the cheif and made him into a much more relatable and tragic character. Almost a bit Wolverine-esque in the sense of him being basically indestructible but can't save his closest friends.

Mission 11 now. There seems to be no good way to get past the first 2-3 minutes of it. Just an avalanche of banshees and tanks that come and then the big sentinel. I don't even get the time to build any units

The graphics in this game look like something that could have been pulled off on 360 easily.
I'm currently playing the campaign on hard.
So far the game is fun though.

I think the sequel concentrated on more things being able to happen on and off screen that couldn't have been accomplished w/ previous systems.

Kind of like Rainbow Six Siege where the type of environment manipulation would not have been possible before even though, graphically, the game was jaw dropping visually.

I'm so damn scummy with Shipmaster. I just pop through the Teleporters with Locusts, beam a base down, then teleport to the other side, beam that base down and then teleport back home.

Guys always message me saying I'm really good at using him so.
