I'm not even a Punk stan or Cena hater but outside of kayfabe Punk is higher on an all time list than Cena imo
All Cena has going for him are fake records, fake title wins, fake Mania moments, bunch of make a wishes and some charity mumbo jumbo. Decent in ring work, solid mic skills and a stale ass character for 12 years who gets more boos than any face on the roster (Reigns aside) isn't top 20, not now not ever.
