This is a little off topic but you bringing this up reminds me of a convo I had a with up and coming producer , I told him if you have a star hang on to him and put him on papers and ride that wave and nurture it , success in the entertainment game is build off stars.

Harbaugh is a good coach. The problem is he's a dikk. If you're a dikk, you will wear thin on players, coaches, higher ups UNLESS you win.

Michigan been trash for plus a decade now. Not sure the problem is Harbaugh.

Andrew Luck and Colin Kaepernick...it's looking more and more like they made Harbaugh than the other way around. He also arrived at Michigan at a time when the conference is competitive as fukk. This isn't the old Big Ten where you had an inconsistent OSU, underperforming PSU under Joe Pa, MSU being a clown show, etc. All of those teams are good now, with OSU being dominant. Wisconsin is really good. Iowa is consistent. Nebraska will be back in a couple years. This is gonna be HARD.

Harbaugh has done himself no favors with the antics and a puzzling staff on offense. Not to mention his weird approach to QBs, which constantly resulted in uncertainty until this year.I just don't see how this team will win anything of worth in the next couple years. OSU isn't going anywhere, and MSU is built to last. Gotta play both every year...

Truth be told, Notre Dame hasn't been nothing to fukk with for the majority of the past 20 years. nikkas keep forgetting that they're a 'Blue Blood' and are being lead by a pretty good coach in Brian Kelly AND they can recruit their ass off. Also, Notre Dame is generally one of the 15 most talented teams in terms of recruiting class ranks yearly. It's not like Michigan got killed by Iowa or Nebraska or some shyt.

And let's not act like his first 2 seasons weren't a byproduct of his coaching acumen.
