I gotta go w/ Ibaka as well. The flopper can catch the first plane out of town. Harden is sorta like a PG which just works for the OKC team when you got :youngsabo: out there having fun. Ibaka is already showing improvement w/ the jumper & his defense is very important to a squad that gets up & down the court. At the end of the day, you try to keep both & part ways w/ Harden for $ reasons if they can't keep both & pick up a serviceable G & PF

they are not keeping both. Harden and Ibaka are both 10-max type players.

Give me Ibaka over Harden. Harden is a 6th man, 3rd option at best, nothing more, nothing less. He becomes a black hole on defense against elite perimeter players and when he drives, he is not trying to finish, but to get fouled and snap his head back and the Spurs and the Heat noticed that and had success against him. Harden is replaceable. Ibaka is still raw as fukk, and his offensive game is coming together and is a good defender, even though he is an overrated one on one defender, but driving against him is a bytch to finish against.

Keep IBAKA it is easier to replace Harden I can name 5 sg right now who aren't as good but would be productive.

Lou Williams
Jamal Crawford
Courtney Lee
Nick Young
Shannon Brown

now these guys arent as good but they would produce in that same role as Harden.

so pretty much get rid of the team that went to the WCF the year before and the Finals this year ? :comeon:

sounds bad when u put it that way..

but what did all those players do for okc in the finals?

kendrick and ibaka hardly played in the 4th

harden who was supposed to b the best bench player of the series got outplayed by a diff bench nearly every game..

westbrook did ok but sometimes he shoots his team outside of games..

dwight is dwight

anderson --- stretch 4 to spread the floor for durant

nelson-- obviously not westbrook but a better PG (not better player) and can shoot the 3 better than westbrook..

I dont think Dwight would be Dwight playing in the west conference, I think his numbers drop. His offense numbers might stay around the same (that amazing 20 ppg) but I think he gets styled on defense playing in the west day in and day out.

you cant possibly think anderson and nelson and dwight would make up for the offense you are giving up ??? Orlando was scoring 55 points in a game.............................................

You think getting rid of westbrook and ibaka and perkins for anderson/nelson and dwight the defense would improve??? The same dwight that Yao Ming used to average 24/10/1/2 on :russ:

offense goes down a LOT and the defense doesnt improve at all man just stop

the choice is easy. u sign harden. reason being is SG is the WEAKEST position in the NBA and quality SG's are more rare than quality C's. that being said, ibaka is more easily replaced than harden.
