it seems like this was just them raising the income level from the prior free level. so it may be some politicing involved.... on some we don't want to be tried in court as using income as a correlation to race so lets raise the income level type ish..... or it could be inflation related :manny:

Harvard has a $50 BILLION dollar endowment. The interest off that is more than Kansas City's annual budget.

Every student should have their tuition paid.
