For years, the radio has been flooded with the same rappers on the same beats, and now in 2013, when these "boring" young lyrical rappers are getting legit burn and selling for the first time in several years, people want to complain . Party rap has to be limited to keep impact, or else we will have another summer 2013 where there was no official club banger outside of Jigga. Oversaturation of bullshyt party raps is why this genre is damn near gone in terms of integrity.
