It's sad. They use to be the champs, they were a force to be reckoned with. Sure, the Pac 12 was garbage back then but still.

It first started when the NCAA exposed the corruption and Pete Carroll broke out and left the whole school hanging. Pathetic. No loyalty.

USC has had 5 different coaches in the last 3 years. They hired Carroll's prize pupils but both hires ended in drama and ugliness. Kiffin got fired on the tarmac, Sark poppin' pills. USC shytted on Coach O too.

USC was ranked #1 one Kiffin season and ended unranked. USC was ranked #8 at the beginning of this season and now their unranked.

Damn, SC, you use to be the man SC. What the fukk happened to you?

LOL how about Texas?
SMU?
Navy?
Colorado?
Notre Dame?
Mack Brown was fired and Texas was clearly in rebuilding mode to clean up off the field issues. Strong is still the coach. USC has had 5 head coaches and USC let it's cross town rival UCLA take it's spot, that's even more embarrassing

Penn State was pretty bad but they're actually bouncing back. USC hasn't hit rock bottom hit, they're still falling.

USC's "rock bottom" is a good year for a lot of programs.

Meanwhile, SMU is just getting back to having people wanna go there again,
Colorado hasn't had a playmaker since Rashaan Salaam was there,
and Notre Dame can only get QBs to stay there for one season.

USC is still falling and UCLA is there to pick up the pieces

I was about to say "all of them" but ya'll beat me to it :heh:. shyt is cyclical. Teams have down periods. They get the right coach in there and they will bounce back, just like they did with Carrol.
Carroll was the fifth option for USC. They really got lucky
