You can get the shingrix vaccine to avoid this though (I need to schedule one myself)

i have a white boy acquaintance who got shingles very recently when he was like 25 26? his hygiene is….questionable though

i mean i knew it came from the chicken pox but i thought only old people in nursing homes get it cuz they can’t clean themselves real good tbh

Nah breh, one of my family members got it (around the same age) and they're extremely cleanly. It's really random it seems.

Wouldn't wish shingles on anyone
