Many of them work in tech and lived at their parent's crib for a while stacking their money.

My old coworker got a job straight out of college making ~60k a year. He was still living at home and saved like 40k of that and used it as a down payment on a house. He lived in that house for a year, moved back to his parent's, and rented it out. He just repeated the process again so now he has 2 cribs in his name at 25 years old.

Nothing you posted looks special. Those are basic apartments apart from the loft which is most likely small as hell.

True. My cousins live at home and make more than their parents. I know they’re stacking like crazy.

I be seeing these alleged 20 somethings affording big ass apartments by themselves with nice furnishing and I'm wondering. Do we have that many trust fund babies? How are they making money like this in their 20's? Or do they just have good cameras. In my 20's I was working at a comic book shop in NYC. What they doing for money now?

My little cousin is an A&P aircraft mechanic making $150k with overtime at 22 with no bills and no debt. He got a nice spot in a mid rise. I told him early to get into a trade and he listened.

You also gotta account for selection bias, broke ass 23 yr old in a dirty basement studio ain’t gonna have shyt to post in a sub like that (other than asking for advice), the folks who know how to design on a budget and/or who are papered up are going to be the ones posting pics
