Why do you guys keep posting this propaganda?
Chongqing is in central China and out of the way of both cultural centers of Shanghai (coastal city) and Beijing (fairly close to the coast).
Most foreigners have never been to mainland China period, you would really have to be exploring China to make it to Chongqing.

Not to mention, that region of China borders Myanmar, Mongolia, Laos, and Vietnam. All far better places to visit than some central mainland hype job.

Vietnam wasn't a good place to visit during from '65 to '77, it was still a beautiful country.
Obviously don't get stuck in the middle of an ethnic conflict. Still more interesting than Chongqing

And the 4th largest gdp in China.
Saying that you would really have to be exploring China to make it to Chongqing, is like saying you would really have to be exploring America to make it to San Francisco.

I'm tired of us calling ourselves #1 and using that excuse to not give a shyt and elect regressive politicians that do nothing for the people. Where is our innovation outside of military inventions? Where is our support for education? Our infrastructure growth?
