Has anyone ever bought from Rightstuf.com?

Hey brehs, I recently preordered One Piece collections 7 and 8 on Rightstuf.com. I though and preordered both in the same order.

Does anyone know if they'll ship me out collection 7 separately (it hits streets this tuesday, or will I have to wait until Season 8 comes out in September to recieve both? I've sent them 3 emails and they've yet to respond.

And I've heard that their customer service is excellent So does anyone have any experience with this site?

You'll probably have to wait or pay an additional partial shipment fee. They offer it for free in certain situations.
I would call them because they take a while to respond through email. Complain about the lack of correspondence and they might ship it for free.
