It seems the only true *ahem* 'spiritual' reactions that occur are either from 1)fasting or 2)cutting oxygen from the brain. Your mind roams through new pathways mentally that you probably never scoured your whole lifetime in order to either find ways to 1)nourish yourself or 2)not die. Think of it as water eroding the earth to form new rivers. In turn, you can possible see a whole new outlook on life, how to get shyt done, etc.
Seems to be a more or less safer way to go on an LSD/acid trip when either of the aforementioned are attempted correctly. I hope to god I'm at 15 right now.

I recently listened to this hypnosis program By Benjamin something I forget and I think it's working. Since that day I haven't watched porn or even had the urge to in conditions that would make me watch it. It's been like almost a week now. i don't think you have to swear it off for a long time just take it in in small doses on a weekly or biweekly bases and don't get caught up in it and find some hobbies, girlfriends, fukkbuddies, working out, school, etc to occupy your time.
