Has anyone gotten their Facebook hacked, and been able to retrieve it?

My boy shyt got hacked, and all passwords have been changed. They even changed the email address associated with his account. Now the hacker is posting all kind of crazy shyt on his page and he freaking out. Is it a lost cause for my boy?

nah it's bullshyt. i got my facebook hacked and went through hours of research and contacted facebook only for it to fail. I even sent a picture of my ID and passport to prove it's the real me, and they still wouldn't give me my account back because i used an alias as my middle name instead of having only my full real name displayed in my facebook. ie. instead of "Henry Waters" on my facebook, i used "Henry fukkin' Waters".

It's fukkin trash and i pretty much did something where i blocked out the hacker from my account, but now i can't get into it either. i just gave up and said fukk facebook for life. fukk THEM.

I have a fb account that has nothing in it, about 4 family members,, i keep Deactivated,,

someone hacjed my amount some years ago,, i just reset the pass to gain control back,,

A hacker would need to hack your email to keep control of your account ??

unless op had the same password for his fb and email

Yep, we been researching and trying all the shyt google says. Hence in the thread title, if anyone had successfully done it. He sent Facebook his diploma and ID this afternoon, so we'll see if that helps.

Facebook is lit FYM.

Y’all should set up the two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of protection to your account. I sometimes get text from FB letting me know someone is trying to access my account. Sucks for them
