Has anyone here ever rented from GameFly or Red box?

I have used gamefly for several years, games shipped usually 2 to 3 days, they usually have better price used games than GameStop, I'm thinking of restarting my service for tales of arise.

I used Redbox often during the PS3 era. I think only a few times with PS4. Was cool I only had one bad experience where someone had made a photocopy of the game and put that inside the machine :dead:

Gamefly I tried once with Tekken 5 but the disc was all scratched and wouldn’t read. Cancelled the trial and threw them in the bushes.

I have a GameFly sub now after not having it for 10 years. They also give you a 5 dollar coupon you can use towards used game purchases every three months.

I remember back in the 360 era it would be hard to get the newest games if you didn’t time it perfectly. I think now that you can buy games digitally and with Game Pass becoming bigger, it’s easier to get physical games when you want.

Same,I think I went to rent a COD game or something for PS4. I immediately called Redbox to tell em what happened because I wasn't tryna end up on some wanted list for stealing.

I have. Very recently as well. It's pretty meh. Took a bit to get the game I ordered, plus they tried to act like I didn't return it back to them weeks ago since I cancelled my account on them. They eventually stated they got my return.

You made threads calling PSnow a good deal when it launched so I know you love gamepass :salute:

redbox wasnt 15 dollars a month
But GameFly is...
GameFly's base subscription lets you rent one game at a time for $15.95 per month. Paying $22.95 per month ups the number of games to two.
Redbox was $3 a day but doesn't do games anymore and they didn't have the best games day 1. Would only get a couple and would always be out of stock but you the type of muthafukka to know the routes of a Redbox delivery guy and would be waiting at the kiosk to eat like an average gamepass subscriber :whew:

A good game should provide longer than a handful of hours of enjoyment so how long you get to enjoy a game, 2 weeks? Because 3 weeks would cost you the full price of the game :hula: or one year of gamepass

Not for renting...but ive picked up a some used games from Gamefly...and they damn near the goat for that shyt, most come with cases, if there was a code in the game for me it was always included...and since bluray discs are so difficult to scratch, i havent had a bad one at all
