Has anyone left race blank on a job application?

what job applications are you filling out that ask for race/ethnicity?

i never see those questions from employers directly, only after you're hired and you're filling out gov't paperwork where they ask for that shyt

if theyre directly asking race in an application i encourage you to report that shyt

yeah i haven't seen it on application, but have seen a anonymous questionairre sent to employees after hiring. just like that thread about people's spousal status being a factor in getting a promotion.... posters are really showing that they work at/apply to aint shyt jobs lol
