Yes, the first house I bought for 190k when it originally sold for 550k new 4 years pryor

The bank wanted to get rid of it, when first tried to buy it they wanted 235 so I let it drop almost 50k before i bought it.

Sold it 4 years later for 350k....:myman:


It's a buyer's market right now so you have leverage

sellers market where I’m at. I figured it was like that in the majority of the country.
