Has Anyone Successfully Picked Up w/ the phone number on receipt trick?

Found myself in a book/video store. Girl behind the counter was nothing special but didn't look bad either.

She was watching Breaking Bad on DVD and I'd seen the whole show so we chopped it up. Seemed into me. Bought a book and wrote my cell number on the receipt for the fukk of it.

Anyone every picked up this way? I could see it being way too passive of a move. Like, the girl won't take the initiative to call or whatever.

I considered that. But having seen shyt like that in movies, like hey maybe she'll think I'm slick.

I was just wondering if it had worked for anyone else.
