Or is it another example of something appearing to be more frequent because of the instant access of the internet? I don't recall seeing as much c00ning as I do now back in say 2011-2012. Seeing it on social media is one thing but actually seeing it in real life is still crazy to me.

The only other brother in my department at my last job was justifying Tamir Rice's murder. Talking about how he shouldn't have been out there in the first place and how he was probably already going down the wrong path made me think I was on Fox News or something.

I say yes. The video in this thread (http://www.thecoli.com/threads/1968-cbs-video-on-race-whites-going-in-on-blacks-shocker.442746/) confirmed my beliefs. Many Black people have always wanted equality, to be "treated like White people," be within White circles, and so forth. That manifests in all sorts of behaviors that can be equated to c00ning. If Black people collectively strived to be dominant or have some exclusivity, we wouldn't necessarily be on top, but we'd be better off for sure.
