it wont be enough parents to make a difference.

Some may hold their kids back, but not enough to matter. Football, maybe mmoreso than other sports is a cog machine. One kid doesnt wanna play? Okay, plug someone else in there.

It's not soft, and it can never be soft and still be tackle "football". They're gonna have to improve the helmets if possible, IMO

To be honest, not that it's not a serious issue, but there's more people doing risky jobs for far less pay and higher current and ffuture danger than football.

I hate that Junior Seau killed himself, but there's other people doing dangerous jobs everyday who put their career/life on the line 5 days a week.

ok but football is a different job from say working construction
working construction is not a full contact sport.

so what u saying does not make any sense and is irrelevant to me.

Go put on some pads and let someone tackle you then up this thread if you still think it's soft. Just because they're changing some rules doesn't mean cats aren't still running full speed into each other. Ain't no flopping in football

Once the NFL train they're officiating on big hit vs illegal hits, they'll be fine. I honestly think Goodell is trying to get the silly shyt e.i. Bounties, prolly next Performance Enhancement drugs, outta of the sport.

the game itself will never be soft, the people who capatilize off of the sport are just tryin to look as if they care about the players.....
