Has the avatar uploader ever worked right?

Is this just me? I swear ever since I've signed up for this site, the thing to change your avatar has never worked right.

I used to choose a pic to upload, it would just sit there loading and i would have to refresh the page to see if it uploaded. And i could never adjust the damn thing.

Now the shyt has just stopped working altogether. I choose a pic and it just loads. I refresh and it doesnt change. I had a perfect new "when i hit this lick" avatar

Who the fukk is maintaining this site?

Nah never has worked, though if you just upload a new pic, wait 3 seconds and then leave or refresh the page your avy will switch
