Do a sequel flipping the script with playing as Cobra Characters taking out/kidnapping Joes.

the pieces are all there. endless Cobra Troopers, then upgraded Vipers and Crimson Guard. boss fights with Baroness, Destro, Zartan, etc

I liked both the NES games and there was one arcade one that was cool. Repetitive, but fun enough.
