It's not platitudes it's the damn truth. Molestation doesn't start with sexual activity, it's starts with mental manipulation and grooming. Grooming that we know teens are very susceptible to and even more so if they are in poverty or have hard home lives. Many victims can even feel an affinity for their abusers.

The same way teens are groomed into violent activities through gang membership and continue to "rep their set" well into their 50-60s. They are basically brainwashed.
