On the real, Riley has to get over himself. Anyone who doesn't bow down to him is automatically written off as a bad apple, while he flies under the radar being a mediocre, at best, GM. (For all you "but, but, but" guys, Wade brought Lebron, not him. Riley spent $90 million on Goran Dragic and currently has a roster full of non shooters in today's NBA.)

There is no "Heat" way of doing things. They are not San Antonio and they never will be. If they let Whiteside walk so Riley can flex some muscle, that'll be a travesty.
