I hate when I'd be applying for a minimum wage job (years ago) and they'd ask questions like, "if you saw so-in-so stealing money from the register what would you do?" WTF???!?!

Not everyone likes a robot and kiss ass working for them and it's not what you know that gets you the job all the time, it's about what flavor you add to the culture at a company
