have a nasty habit of nail biting

today was the worst...some girl at work was like i always see you with your hands in your mouth ... .

how do i stop? i do it without even realizing. i have no fingernails or any skin around my nails....they are all busted cause of all the biting.

straight up i got the same problem. i been biting since i can remember. go to the grocery story and look in the nail area and get something like this

u put it on your nails and it gives u a nasty taste in your mouth. no lie i got it about a month ago and i havent bitten em shyt works like a charm
