I feel the OP...as I have a sister who thinks she stopped working to work on her family....but really she just got pregnant back to back to back....but be that one on FB talking that independent shyt but her phone is turned off on the regular and now she bout to get married to a nikka who sells weed and lives in the same room he lived in when were in high school (his mama's house)....and always extolling the virtues of child support....39 and still aint making a living with a college degree

I'm starting to feel emotionally disconnected from my own race of women brehs

its been on my mind for a minute, I'm seeing more and more black lesbians (usually fem+stud)
they don't wanna take responsibility for their own mistakes (promoting single motherhood, laying up with nikkas they know are bums, etc)

shyt is making me feel fukked up on the inside

It happens on the West Coast cause the options. Go Down South to reconnect and appreciate. When you walk into a grocery store and everyone in that bish is black you will understand.

As long as people realize that there is time for eachother, and that maybe that time can grow into more time for each other, then maybe people can get to know about that time and spend it again. My experiences and connection with the black women in my family and social circle is as strong as ever.

No other race of women will ever understand me, my world view and my ambitions like a black woman, and i can’t picture myself with any other woman by my side as i work towards reaching my goals in life.

Ask yourself what you’re doing wrong to have such absurd thoughts OP and look at your own social circle/life instead of generalizing black women.
