Yes. I remember the mid 90s teams.
And I vaguely remember the late 80s teams though I was a kid.
Cut Hue Jackson some slack.
1st year.
Josh Gordon goes back to rehab.
Corey Coleman gets hurt.
Robert Griffin gets hurt.
And they've been competitive.
Lost to the Ravens by 5
Lost to the Dolphins by 6
Lost to the Redskins by 11
The ugly loss was to the Eagles in week 1. But the Eagles have a great defense.
Things are promising in Cleveland. And they figure to have a great draft in 2017.

I was a kid when the drive,byner fumble happened.Browns went to 3 afc championship games in the 80's but lost to the broncos every time
Hue hss them playing though, third string rookie qb, top wr a converted qb, rb mad rookies all over the roster
