Just curious if you guys have changed up your lifestyle in wake of these tragic situations? Me personally it hasn't but it's starting to get to the point where I might need to start thinking more in advance in terms of where I go and how I approach my surroundings. Right now I'm still relatively care free when I'm out and about but this shyt is getting too crazy.

No, I don't believe in living scared. The chances of being involved in a mass shooting are very low in actuality.

Agreed for now. That's the scary thing about these incidents is that you can go to the mall/casino/school/work/random spot 99 times and be good. That one time a lunatic white terrorist decide its time to fulfill his whatever it's a wrap. So in a way your playing odds....unlikely odds but odds nevertheless.

None. There are 300 million people in this country. 20-30 out of 300 million unfortunately passed away this weekend but my life is more likely to be taken in other ways than in a mass shooting. The news focuses on the extraordinary events and people don't stop and realize that these events statistically unlikely to happen to you. If it happens, I'll handle it but otherwise my day goes on as normal.

Neil DeGrasse Tyson wasn't wrong but just insensitive given the size of his platform and being famous. For example, victims and loved ones are more likely to hear his insensitive remarks than mine on some close registration message board where they don't know me from a hole in the wall.

I still go out, but man I’m alert like a motherfukker

2 times I really was alert

1. At my cuz funeral. Some bum ass 40 year old cac walked in service acting weird and shyt. Nobody knew him. Dude looked suspect af. He stayed for like 2 minutes then homey just left

2. One of my cousins and I were at Joe Budden Pod tour in Detroit. Once again another crazy ass 40 year old white guy acting crazy . Walking back and forth telling Mal he want to fukk him.

It’s crazy the two things I fear in Detroit of all places are stray dogs and a crazy ass white boy acting weird af smh

Somewhat. There was a white dude who came into the theater to watch Creed like halfway thru. I got the fukk up and out. I don’t trust cac in any setting
I was at the gas station not too long ago and a group of bloods were in there. I acknowledge there presence and kept it moving.

I went to that same gas station and a white guy with a hoodie came in while I was in line and I'm like

At least I know who the enemies of the Bloods are.

These cacs shooting everybody.

No, because I know we all gotta die, but if I die in such a situation as a mass shooting, all i want is the chance to look my killer in the eyes like:demonic:

I actually had a scare

Was backstage at the roots picnic ...i just remember seeing DJ diamond kuts running off stage ...didn’t think much of it then out of nowhere everybody started rushing back stage an i just heard random folks yelling “they shooting they shooting”

There were like 3 trailers and we run into one ducking I’m seeing mad folks running past they’re yelling “don’t open the door”

We were backed up to a wooded area i was contemplating running cause If a gunman came up to our jawn we fish in a barrel

Then we noticed folks just casually about...come to find out there was an electrical issue that sent smoke out and people panicked

Ain’t gonna lie for a second i was shook cause of a white gunman wanted to take out minorities roots picnic would be a target ...and it was the first time at a new venue that there could be mad ways to sneak in
