Have we discovered why people get banned then come back like nothing happened?

yall know the drill. Posters like @śïñe•qúå_nøn @Swagnificent etc will be banned for the same posts every now and then...

Then pop back up a few days later like hello everybody

And a few months later a breh will pull up the exact same posts to get them banned again


Why do some posters get permabanned and other don't? Who is doing the unbanning? Are they part of some Coli secret society?
