Kinda like what happens to athletes. They eventually move on to another franchise, voluntarily or involuntarily, and prosper. Meanwhile, the former team has gotten even worse.
Turns out you he was never really the problem.
Worked in a small office years ago with about 7-8 staff members, and I was the only guy. There was another guy there who ended up leaving after i was there for 2 months or so, and I saw the crap he was going through. They were mostly the types of broads who compensate for the power they lack at home....and never appreciated the work you put in. Ended up quitting after 8 months with absolutely no job prospects (economy was good anyway).
About a year later they ended up overhauling the staff because of their ineptitude.
