
but I've been exercising and doing cardio still even with no gym. Still have a fast metabolism and not a good eater either. It's not usual for me to have a huge hour gap in between meals like today. Between breakfast and what was supposed to be lunch, it was a 10 hour gap. And it's no thing because most of my life, I've always had horrible eating habits.

I’m dropping weight and getting stronger. Imma come out of this like I just did a bid
I have more time to exercise at home and more time to meal prep. Life is really routine now so I only have to think about working out and tracking my food
