Kinda...

Yesterday I was hungry hungry and ate more than I normally would. About to work out at my home gym now to burn a lil bit off..

But mostly I eat about twice a day... sometimes 3 times and a protein shake. I still eat that, try to keep it low carb and high protein.

Alcohol might be my biggest issue though... a shot of Tequila or a mojito every night gonna have me looking :flabbynsick:

Nope. Been going hard on fast food. :huhldup: but I've been exercising and doing cardio still even with no gym. Still have a fast metabolism and not a good eater either. It's not usual for me to have a huge hour gap in between meals like today. Between breakfast and what was supposed to be lunch, it was a 10 hour gap. And it's no thing because most of my life, I've always had horrible eating habits.

Losing weight actually, the only time I really ever ate meat(chicken) was mainly at my job.

So other than some stew chicken I made, my meals have been non meat and canned fish(sardines & tuna)

Plus I don't drink.

But smoking like crazy at night listening to Easy Mo Bee on IG Live.

I’m dropping weight and getting stronger. Imma come out of this like I just did a bid :birdman:

I have more time to exercise at home and more time to meal prep. Life is really routine now so I only have to think about working out and tracking my food
