Last one as an adult was a one hit KO and dude hit his head on a drain in the street. I broke his jaw and so I'm told by friends that stayed as I ran off to avoid being arrested, he got cuffed to a stretcher and driven away in an ambulance. The girls we were with thought he was dead. I was 31. After that I hung up my gloves so to speak. The way he hit his head I could be in prison for manslaughter of had gone differently.

Before that from elementary up to adulthood, plenty of playground and street fights. Been jumped. Have had my ass kicked by cops and went to the hospital. Won some and lost some. Broke my hand doing ground and pound to someone in a street fight. I rearranged his face after he tried to tackle me.

growing up where I grew up, fighting was unavoidable so yeah, I've scraped a buncha times. I remember a couple of my white middle-class coworkers asking me if I'd ever been in a fight and was like, "of course. you haven't?" they'd never even been in a shoving match, much less throwing punches. of course they went into the whole fighting never solves anything shyt so I had to explain to them that sometimes in the hood, you don't have a choice. better to lose a fight than walk away and have the hood thinking you p*ssy. next thing you know the whole hood trying to test you. I tried to walk away from a fight once, didn't end well. for the rest of the year I probably had to knuckle up like 3 or 4 times just to keep the sharks at bay.

The usual dumb shyt... at a bar with a loud mouth homie that roasts random people. My homie was short and dude was like 6'3" to 6'4" outside still acting hurt. He was talking like he wanted a problem so I asked if he wanted a problem with me? As soon as he said yeah, I made him wish he walked away. Then I put the jets on until shyt cooled off.

Don't get me wrong, for the right reason I'll still swing, but I don't really go out like I used to. I do old man shyt now and if I do go out, it's to dinner or an old folks spot where there's a live band playing funk or whatever. I'm 39. Still in shape, but I'm on different shyt now. Used to run the streets with knuckle heads.

On the topic of fights. The craziest one I've ever seen besides a fight I was in that turned into a shootout in Baton Rouge long ago... It was downtown San Diego between two Filipino gangs. Never seen that much blood in a street fight.

They got into it outside of a bar and everything was a weapon ESPECIALLY those velvet rope holders.



One dude had another against the glass outside of the bar, bashing his head in with the bottom of the brass poll.



That nikka head looked like a busted open watermelon against the glass. I'm in the bar drinking my shyt trying to keep it together as I'm watching this. It was a full on brawl too.

Im 30 now so i havent fought in a few years but lifetime im 34 and 1, my one loss coming against an older kid when i was 11

I love to fight, i still would if i could get away with it. Fukkin rats snitch sometimes. It just aint worth it unless i have to defend myself

Exactly I noticed people that never fought run their mouth the most, I bet those white guys preaching about not fighting talk a real good one when their arguing. Can't blame them they've never been punched in the mouth...

College was kinda the same but knife play became a regular occurance plus I was cool with DUMB nikkas who would set it off for ANYTHING

Couldnt tell u how many times I got jumped in 07 for some dumb shyt

Adult years not so much...you'd have to really piss me off to get these hands ... my girl a large part of that. She used to get so worried.
