One summer I worked as a bellboy at a hotel and I performed a tracheotomy(med student) on someone who was choking.
Actually the result was less than ideal because the guy ended up with an infection, the pen I used as a makeshift tube wasn't exactly sanitized.
It still beats the hell out of dying though.

I saw this small ass female get bodyslammed by this huge Suge Knight lookin white dude... They were on a corner so i start walking up...Told my co worker who i was with to come help me... Heart racing I still see them goin at it, so i tie up my sneakers and pull my belt tight as im walking towards them, turn around to tell dude i was with something, i notice his bytch ass still standing there hands in his pockets like a lil bytch... Still walkin up i turn towards them again they dissapered around the corner now i dont see them. Im thinking this muthafukka is gonna stab the shyt out me, my hearts bout to beat out my chest.... I turn the corner see the lady sitting leaning on the wall crying. I start screaming at the dude she still crying telling me to help her... Now i start hearing sirens n shyt.
I was walking to my friend house in newark, and i seen someone steal a car. So i knew these nikkas were bout to go joy riding so i decide to walk fast so i wouldnt get hit. So as im walking i can hear them hitting donuts and out of no where this little girl was casing a cat into the street and these idiots decided to fukking drive 80 mph on the same block, so i yelled to this hooker like get the girl out the street and this bytch gave me the 
face, so i fukking ran into the grabbed the girl just in time cuz they wasnt gonna fukking stopped.
I was scared brehs cuz i felt the wind from the car and i pissed my pant
her mother ran out and hugged both of us and papi from the rican saw the whole thing and told me if i had a life time credit in his store for any thing.
Too bad his store burnt down
but the little girl now goes to school with my brother and her mother still talks with me here and there.
another story was when i was walking home from school and this van was following these group of girls everywhere, so i call the police on the payphone and soon as i gave the location and plate of the van the guys popped out and flash the girls and tired to put on of them in the van. So grabbed a huge beer bottle and threw it at the van windshield and yelled i called the cops already. so they drove off and the cops came like 3 mins later. The girls were crying and stuff i told the police what happen and they thanked me for it and tired to get me in the paper but my parents didnt approve of it ...dont know why they didnt. They caught the guys the same day and it turns out they where known pedos with arrests in NY and PA.

nah real talk, my neighbor from across the street had a son that had down syndrome and he decided to run out the house and run into oncoming traffic. It just so happen me and my boy just came from the park and I saw him and his mother and aunt try to run after him and I didn't even think, I ran right after him. He almost got hit by a transit bus. Hell, we both almost got hit by a bus. Funny thing because my sister and his older sister didn't get along, but at that instance, all that was thrown out the window.
