I've had a few friends do that. I remember once riding the bus home and there was a kid that was pretty sick and just vomited in the aisle of the bus. When my friend walked on and saw it that combined with the smell he immediately put his head out the window and vomited. I lol'd.

When I was a kid me and my boy (rip) drank some rum and he got totally wasted and threw up in a king size Burger King cup. He hands me the cup, I look in it and hand it back to him. He takes the cup and takes a huge swig of his own vomit. I ran to the bathroom and threw up in the bath tub after seeing that shyt.
