Have You Guys Ever Noticed This?

We're always explaining our every thought, feeling, opinion to white people but we never get the same explanations from them. Like, we don't really know anything about them and the way they function because they've never confirmed anything with us. Even on here, we post our inner most thoughts regarding black issues while white posters lurk in the background never offering up any type of clarification as to why white people do the things they do, think the things they think, say the things they say. I mean, even on Reddit you see black posters offering up so much info about us blacks, and while you'll have white posters offering apologies to the black poster for what he/she may have experienced, theres never any real dialog about why white people operate the way that they do. This is just a thought that dawned on me recently.

White people have a deep seeded guilt inside of them. They know the atrocities they have committed but try to make themselves still feel like good people. Unfortunately they will never wilingly accept that they are doing evil shyt and will convince themselves of this by always saying they are sorry or feel bad for minorities. But this is just enough to tide them over in their privileged lives and not perform any action to help those of minority persuasions because they profit too much off of our miseries.

Long story short, they know, some feel bad but not bad enough to help us and hurt themselves, they are selfish

True, but I wonder if this is just the dynamic of our "relationship" with white people? That we explain everything about ourselves while they just set back and gobble up all that information while not offering up any of their own. This is why when I'm around whites and they start asking me a million questions about my personal life, that I just keep all my answers short and vague. I always feel like they're prodding me for info. Its weird.

Because they are afraid of you. Human beings are always afraid of things they know nothing about. They ask you questions because it puts them at ease. The more they know about you the less afraid of you they will be and the easier it will be for them to try and assert a sort of social dominance over you.

Thats true. Now that I think about it, maybe thats why I shut down and stopped talking during high school. I've always felt strange communicating with white people, and I grew up around them. Its like they feel entitled to our every thought and feeling.

When i was in high school I hungout with the black people and hood nikkas and my math teacher (asian) always asked me why I was hanging out with them and said I was like a duck flying with geese. Cuz I was in all AP classes and getting near straight As, he asked me shyt like that but my answer was I don't fukk with the people in my AP classes cuz they were some bytch ass priviliged fukks and they were lame. keep in mind my AP classes had one other black male and he was whiter than clarence thomas so ya.

It just bothers me that they know so much about us, and we know so little about them. Think about the amount of power that gives them. They know what buttons to push, what makes us tick, what gets a reaction from us. And we just offer up all that information willingly.
