Same; it sucks. I'm cool with a lot of people who happen to be at my adult spots and share my same interests. But for whatever reason it just seems so gay to ask for #s or try to take it further; despite craving it

Only connections I made as an adult were going through the fire academy with my class. Those my bros for life. Other than that, nope. Just platonic casual relationships. Got one friend from my childhood and we’re close.

No, however, I’ve got much closer with family than we were before. All I need.
I do have a lot of family (brother and cousins) my age though and it’s great to see all their kids, who I’m genuinely cheering for and get impressed by every time I see them. They are authentically blood and ancestral legacy.

for sure; I'm assuming most of our demo is 30s/40s/50s tho. I for sure made bros in my early 20s easily who I didn't grow up with
