Yes. Meds, therapy, meditation, discovering I had a talent for poetry all helped me cope with Anxiety and PTSD.

My ex-gf was legit bi-polar. She didn't want to take meds because she didn't want to be "a fukking zombie" 24-7. It was tough because I hate fighting but the sex was . Eventually I came to the realization that I hate fighting/drama more than I like getting laid.

Yes, my mom when I was a kid. She suffered severe depression. Went to see the doc. Doc provided her with meds that made it worse.

My father's stability and love helped my mom and kept us together. Moving to another city, removing herself from the environment and essentially starting over also helped.

All that led me to depression in my teens. Suicidal thoughts. Wild behaviour. Hip hop and writing helped. Provided a way of expression and escapism. Made me stronger in the long run but took a long time to come out of it.
