ECU/Electronic probs can be a bytch. I know someone that had a brand new E63 at the time and the ecu went into some sort of limp/shut down mode from a sensor and they had to get it flat bedded from the expressway under 500 miles. Died right in the lane and couldn't start it.

Most Range Rover owners don't care and think it's par for the course.
Only reason they sell is because people want to floss. The LX 570 is an superior option to a range if you want an luxury off road truck.

Thats one of the reasons but definitely not the only reason. Hell most people probably think it looks better too. I know I do compared to that Lexus you kidding?

They heard from people that do though. I understand at times when people make your point but this thing with Rovers didn't come out of thin air. I also think its on a case by case basis because some people don't take care of their stuff so naturally it breaks down.
