Yes. My husband is 12 years older than me, and was/is a single father (dead beat baby momma) when we got together.
I never thought I would date a man that much older than me, and be happy.
He’s really the best thing that happened to me. We have a son now, and I stay at home.
When I was younger? Street Dudes.
That’s all I dealt with, because it was all I knew & what was around me. I was pretty good then too, tho. As I changed, what I was attracted to changed too

Absolutely. As a youngin', my preference was entirely based on the aesthetic and I was more open to dating anything.
Now, in addition to attractiveness, you must have substance and ambition. That, in itself, limits the pool.
