Outstanding performance and attendance appraisals stay on deck...

Whenever your kid is sick and you gotta bounce "I understand baby, family first"

Fresh baked goods and leftover bbq plates left on the desk...

:ahh:

Slick talk about the cacs that work her last nerves in a language only we can understand...

:smugdraper:

It's been like this since 4 years after college no matter what office, department or city I find myself in...

I'm gonna hate to ever go back to the "real world" of intergrated office protocol.. I've been spoiled too long brehs..

:wow:

This can work both ways. I had a black female manager when I worked at McDonald's. She was ratchet as hell, gold teeth, she brought her kids in with her sometimes. She would cut down on some things to save money. I hated working for her. But on the flip side, I have a older black female supervisor now and so far so good. Some other people don't like her but she be looking out for me. I was late to work one weekend and she actually figured out a way to word it so I wouldn't get docked on it. I couldn't do nothing but :shake: So as of right now it's working out for me and I'm hoping I don't do nothing crazy to change that.

Somewhere plottin
with the two jobs I did have, both of my managers were women.....one white one black....the white one was super mean and racist. But my black female supervisor was the greatest :ohlawd:

If I messed up, she assisted me...she was stern but helpful at the same time. Super nice and even treated us for lunch every friday. :steviej:

Job was only temporary but I wouldnt mind working for her again.

I'm all for having a black boss. 4 of the 7 I've had are among my favorite bosses ever.

My problem with some black bosses is they treat other black people very unprofessionally as if "we're cool so we dont have to have that professional front when we interract" type sh!t. I mean how the hell you sound saying "n!gga" in front of employees

The 4 I liked

  • Jamaican - Manaher
  • Panamean - Manager
  • Amercan - District Manager
  • 1/2 black american 1/2 philipino - Vice President

were highly professional. And while they made you feel at home as a brother they still maintained their professional decorum throughout the process. I'd run through a wall for these mofos. They were professional and good people.

Of the 3 I hated,

  • Nigerian - She was more of a mentor/manager when i was an intern
  • American - Manager
  • American - Assistant manager

were very unprofessional and 1 of them was extremely ignorant. I mean this the dude i told ya'll that spelled "computer literate" as "computer litter it"
