Having a hard time deciding what to do with this girl

kinda came unexpected but theirs definantly something there between me and this girl I met through a past job. The only problem is she leaves in 2 months to get back into the military on active duty. I can the feelings are mutual when it comes to liking each other but the problem is she wont be here much longer and she hates when I bring it up since it I guess she feels I would discourage her. Shes cool but is it just a waste of time or should I just live in the moment and just move on when the time comes. her plan to get back into the military was long in place before I met her btw

your right I always have the "back up plan" like most of us do but I think ill be too weak to not hang with her up until that point. might as well just enjoy it now even though it wont last

Yea that's the hard part about finding someone you like that you know won't be around...shyt is real hard, but the word will continue to spin and you will find another woman..just keep your head up and consider it a learning opportunity

what do you mean by that her getting with somebody else...yeah crossed my mind know i gotta let it go after the fact. thats part of the reason we never really became official the attraction and chemistry is there but she knows where her goals are and if we ended up getting together it would leave her conflicted I can tell.

maybe but then sometimes I could say its reversed like i said alot of people try to keep her from not doing it so i can see how she wouldnt want to talk about it. shes determined to prove something she was never clear what her purpose for it was

when i say reverse i mean ive already met her parents when we make plans she gets crazy excited and will talk about it all week and all day the day of and ask me to come and hang out with her usually after I get out of class but idk tbh sometimes I wish shed just go so I wouldnt have to worry about getting closer to her but im stuck now
