So if price is a factor, I would say go there.

My Birthday is December 4th spent many birthdays in Hawaii. Used to live on Oahu. Can’t speak on Puerto Rico but if you hit Hawaii it’s expensive but lots to do, lots to see. Set a reservation for signatures steak house for the sunset on your birthday. Great ambience view good steak and drinks.My birthday is December 4th and trying to see if anyone has been to either in Dec.

Was on back on it in 2023 but when they told me, I didn’t need it for Cozumel, Costa, Maya, and Honduras I stopped. SMH

More for families imo. Beaches and tourist shyt but it can be pretty boring after a while out there and traffic will be a nightmare.
Idk how PR is lately or the climate. I just know it’s definitely cheaper
