I really would like to know why players don't seem to like him. What is he doing to rub them the wrong way?

idk about HOU and ATL but in LA he was just a straight clown, period. Lakers have a weekly behind the scenes show and I remember so many scenes where they'd be in the training room or film or something, and Dwight starts clowning and Pau and Nash are like :beli:

he refused to set picks in MDA's offense as well

he doesnt seem to take a leadership role, or is disingenuous when trying to act like a leader, which could bother players younger than him

Just look at the article breh

"You ask why, and one account was that Dwight would give these speeches before the game about how everyone is playing hard, we want unity, we're going to... and then go out and play like a blah game where he demands post touches and doesn't rotate as hard as he could. And everyone is like, 'Why are you speaking in the locker room?' But that's all anecdotal. It's just crazy how these stories come out after every stop in his career."

He's an extremely selfish player on the decline who demands the ball without doing any work like screens, cutting, etc. And when he doesn't get the ball in the post so he can brick or lose it with his sloppy footwork he pouts
