Crazy ass doc. I watched it the other night. Them dudes weren’t asking to be freed or sympathy for what they did. All they just wanted was basic rights and support. Sucks they had to go to the extremes to be heard.

A podcast I recommend is called Ear Hustle, it’s been out nearly 10 yrs now. It was started by a woman who volunteered at San Quentin and some of the inmates there. The original co-host Earlonne got out on parole a few years ago and still hosts and produces the pod. It’s an amazing show. I’ve posted it about on here a few times


That show really changed my view on the prison system and people who are incarcerated.

As they take tax dollars to build the biggest prison in America, they can’t even manage the ones they have. Between this one and Angola it’s gotta be multiple human rights violations

Shyt was really messed up. And I'm definitely gonna check out the podcast. Just subscribed to it.
