You're a pretty big supporter of Russia and China. What's your opinion on how they deal with Islamists?

I'm not a supporter of Russia and China in the sense that I love those countries, more so that they oppose Western hegemony.

As for Islamist in Chechnya and Northwest China, I think the solution is the same anywhere else to extremist and that is ending the systematic poverty that breeds radicals. Any other solution is a failure and will perpetuate itself.

His perspective on what constitutes a "radical muslim" is just amazing.

What about the fact that a lot of the radical leadeship come from relatively well-to-do families and have law degrees, engineering degrees, and so on. There are also extremists in countries where they are given free education, free healthcare, etc..

You know where I stand on dealing with poverty, I'm in that fight. I think religion is a great tool in controlling the poor and impoverished, but some of these people don't come from this environment at all.

That just reinforces my belief that it is a product of lack of jobs and education. People who know better manipulating the ignorant. As for those who immigrate to fight for ISIL and others, I cannot make any sweeping statements about them without considering each story on an individual basis. Some people are pieces of shyt and others have ties to those regions and may face xenophobia and poverty in The West.

And I do not disagree that those people exist but the vast many do come from a desperate and hopeless environment. If you want to talk about those specific outliers then I am with everyone in agreeing that they need to be stopped. That goes for all sociopaths.
